Getting Better Performance from Staff through a Performance Management/Review System

Congress is an extremely fast-paced work environment with high staff turnover. Waiting for annual performance reviews doesn't provide your team with the ongoing guidance they need to reach their full potential AND ensure that your office meets its goals. CMF is here to help congressional staff managers with the tools you need.

This webinar session will:

  • outline a system for motivating your staff to ensure you meet your office goals
  • prepare you for the conversations you need to have with staff throughout the year
  • explain the process for dealing with performance issues in your office
  • provide sample performance appraisal forms
  • help you develop performance goals for 2015

CMF will also provide webinar participants with sample performance review forms.

NOTE: This webinar will be presented twice -- once on August 4, and once on August 11.

This Webinar is open to:

  • House and Senate Chiefs of Staff
  • House District Directors and Senate State Directors
  • House and Senate Legislative Directors
  • House and Senate Committee/Subcommittee Staff Directors

This webinar is open to congressional staff only. To reserve your space for the August 4 program, please visit: https://www3.gotomeeting.com/register/268440222
