The Congressional Management Foundation is pleased to invite senior staff to one of our most popular programs: "Managing Millennials: Practical Management Tips for a Demographically Diverse Workforce." This event will be held on Monday, July 10 from 12-2 p.m. Please join CMF and esteemed coach Meredith Persily in this can't-miss seminar on how to better manage a demographically diverse workforce.

About the Presenter

Ms. Persily is the Principal of MPL Partners, LLC, and a professor at American University's School of Public Affairs. She has consulted with and facilitated for dozens of congressional offices. Meredith graduated with an MBA, with concentrations in strategy and organizational behavior, from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and earned her BA with honors from Brown University. She earned a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University. A sought-after executive coach and consultant, she most recently discussed "millennials in the workforce" on the Diane Rehm show.
