We worked with Carolyn at AmericaSpeaks on a joint project to educate Members of Congress on how to conduct deliberative 21^stCentury Town Hall Meetings using online technologies, and know her to be a dynamic and creative force for positive change in our democracy. CMF shares her vision and applauds the energy and enthusiasm we know she’ll bring to NICD. CMF looks forward to working with Carolyn and NICD as together we explore ways to build greater trust and effectiveness in Congress.
