CMF offers a range of services and advice to Members-elect and their staff. If you are an incoming freshman Member -- or an aide for one -- please take advantage of any of these products and services:

Setting Course: A Congressional Management Guide - Now in its 11th edition for the 111th Congress, this 300-page management guide offers comprehensive guidance on setting up an office, hiring staff, establishing district offices, and developing a strategic plan.

Frontline Management: A Guide for Congressional District/State Offices - This guide offers advice on coordinating the DC and district/state office agendas, establishing casework operations, strategic scheduling, and maximizing outreach opportunities.

Strategic Planning/Developing Office Operations - CMF has assisted hundreds of congressional offices with strategic planning, facilitating retreats, and developing office operations. CMF staff also is available to answer questions from Members-elect and aides. For over 30 years, CMF has been offering management advice to Members of Congress and staff.
