Assessing Your Casework Operation

Program Overview

This webinar for District Directors and Caseworkers will discuss how to effectively manage and monitor your current casework system to adapt to increasing staff workloads and changing constituent needs. Participants will learn how to:

  • compile consistent and accurate information
  • prioritize which casework data you should systematically review
  • conduct a strategic review of your casework operation

This program is conducted by the Congressional Management Foundation through a competitive bid contract with the Chief Administrative Officer of the U.S. House of Representatives.
