This fun and interactive session will provide insights into how you lead your team based on two communication scales – assertiveness and responsiveness. While many of you are likely familiar with Myers-Briggs, this model is one that you can learn quickly and apply to your staff that faces a heavy workload and tight deadlines.

Participants will:

  • Gain an understanding of how you come across to your team and learn to “flex” to other styles.
  • Access new tools to improve communication and problem solving.
  • Develop a road map of what your team can do to improve effectiveness.

This program is open to:

  • House Chiefs of Staff
  • House Deputy Chiefs of Staff
  • House Committee/Subcommittee Directors
