Obviously, you know the Muppets—Miss Piggy, Kermit the Frog, Fozzie the Bear, and Gonzo the...? What was Gonzo anyway? Believe it or not – Muppets can teach us a lot more than the alphabet and counting; the Muppets can teach us a lot about effective teamwork.

Participants in this session will:

  • Learn how the "roles" we assume affect the quality of our interactions and our performance as a team;
  • Determine the dominant role you tend to assume in the workplace;
  • Explore situations where conflict between team members is likely to occur; and
  • Learn how you can resolve tension before it hurts morale and weakens the team.

This program is open to:

  • House Chiefs of Staff
  • House Deputy Chiefs of Staff
  • House Committee and Subcommittee Staff Directors
