The Partnership for a More Perfect Union

In modern democracy, millions of Americans exercise their Constitutional right "to petition the Government for a redress of grievances" by contacting Congress through grassroots advocacy. To help grassroots organizers at associations, nonprofits, and companies to educate their advocates, CMF created the Partnership for a More Perfect Union.

Launched in 2010, the Partnership is the only private, subscriber-only research and training program focused on helping advocacy groups build better relationships with Congress. Informed by its research, CMF produces exclusive resources, events, and training for its partners.
